What is TQLB's return policy? TOP

Custom printed ribbon has a ZERO return policy under any circumstances.  I confirm the images with you before I make the ribbon for a reason!  Understand that your order is a custom order, designed especially for you.  I will not take any returns on custom printed ribbon. 

For orders such as bows, if you have a problem with your bow, please contact me and we will work something out.

 

How long will it take to receive a custom order? TOP

It can take anywhere from 7-10 business days to complete an order.  I try my hardest to get the orders out within the first few days of your order being placed but there are times when I have a stack of orders to get out!

Can I put a rush on my order? TOP

Yes you can put a rush on your order.  There is a fee for doing so.  Please look under the category RUSH ORDERS.  Add ONE to your cart.  With the rush order, I include priority mail!  Please allow 3-5 business days to complete the order.  That does not include shipping time.

Can I track my order? TOP

Yes you can track your order.  Once I have mailed your item, you can track your package in your paypal account.  Remember, USPS delivery confirmation is not great for 'tracking' but will let you know when your item is received and sometimes it will let you know when it is out for delivery.

What are TQLB's hours of operation? TOP

I work Monday to Friday 9am - 3pm.  If you place an order after 12pm pacific time on Friday, it will not start processing until the next business day.  I do take all stat holidays off.
